Forest storm damage insurance

The entirety of your forest stands and forestry areas in Austria are insured.

Excluded – unless otherwise agreed in the policy – are Mountain pine areas, protection and protected forests except for yield, groves that are not subject to the Forest Act, Christmas tree plantations and rice plantations, windbreaks, the forest floor and ground cover.

The premium is calculated according to the size of the forest area.
Compensation is paid per cubic meter.
